San Juan College (SJC) has proudly earned the Platinum award for its workplace policies by Family Friendly New Mexico, a statewide initiative developed to recognize companies that adopt and implement family-friendly policies so businesses, employees and their families can thrive.
SJC’s array of paid leave, health support, flexible work schedules and economic support for families qualify it as a leader among family-friendly workplaces. The college’s expressed commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion was a factor in eligibility for the Platinum award.
