San Juan College closes Nov. 26 – Nov. 30 for the Thanksgiving holiday, with adjusted schedules for services and housing; classes and regular hours resume Dec. 1.
The Educational Services Center at San Juan College (SJC), located in the clock tower building, will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
The entire SJC campus will be closed for the holiday from Wednesday, November 26, through Sunday, November 30. No classes will be held at the Farmington, Aztec or Kirtland campuses.
SJC Library hours are Monday, November 24, and Tuesday, November 25, open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closed Wednesday, November 26, through Sunday, November 30.
In addition, the Health and Human Performance Center (HHPC) will be open from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday, November 24 through Wednesday, November 26 and closed Thursday, November 27, in observance of Thanksgiving. The HHPC will resume normal hours on Friday, November 28, from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, November 29, from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, November 30, will be closed.
On-campus student housing will remain open during the Thanksgiving holiday. Student residents will work with the coordinator of Housing & Residential Life for a more detailed holiday schedule.
All San Juan College classes will resume on Monday, December 1, and regular schedules for all campus buildings will resume that day as well. For assistance on campus during the Thanksgiving holiday, call Department of Public Safety at 505-566-4444.
