Campus Reservations for the Community
Are you looking for a meeting space in Farmington or San Juan County to host your next event? Look no further than San Juan College. We offer a wide range of rooms and spaces available to rent for any type of gathering, whether it's a business meeting, convention, wedding, birthday party, or community event.

Request a Reservation
It's easy to book your next event at San Juan College. Follow the steps below.
Email eventservices@sanjuancollege.edu for a reservation request form. Please fill out the form as completely as you can.
Send us your completed reservation request form at least one week before the date of your event. Email the completed form to eventservices@sanjuancollege.edu.
Please allow at least 24 hours for a response to your request.

Available Meeting Spaces
Conference Rooms
Our conference rooms accommodate small groups of up to 12 participants. These boardroom-style spaces offer full media services, as well as complimentary wireless internet access.
Meeting Rooms
Our meeting rooms allow for a variety of setups for breakout sessions, small workshops, and larger group gatherings. They can accommodate five to 450 participants. We offer full media services, along with complimentary wireless internet access.
Classrooms and Computer Labs
Rent our classrooms and computer labs when classes are not in session. Our classrooms can hold up to 48 participants, while our computer labs can accommodate 24 participants.
Outdoor Spaces
We offer beautiful outdoor areas for your event. Rent space in the Learning Commons Plaza, outdoor picnic areas, large grassy open areas, and parking lots.
Henderson Fine Arts Center
Hosting a large event or production? The Henderson Fine Arts Center includes a performance hall that seats 688 people, four large meeting rooms, and an art gallery.
Connie Gotsch Theatre
Reserve the Connie Gotsch Theatre, with seating for 294. You'll have access to house and stage lighting and a modern TV and video system.

Rental rates are determined by the rental space, the number of hours rented, and the nonprofit status of the organization.
Please email eventservices@sanjuancollege.edu for rental rates.
- Our event team will provide set up and tear down of all tables and chairs.
- SJC offers audiovisual equipment for events. There may be an additional fee depending on the equipment requested.
- Some event rentals include free wireless internet. Please contact the event team for specifics.
Aladdin is San Juan College’s food service provider and can help provide meals and snacks for your event on our campus! Aladdin provides a variety of catering options, from coffee and muffins to elaborate plated meals.
