Career & Life Skills Courses
This course provides practical insights into managing grief. Participants will explore the stages of grief and their progression, learn effective self-care and resilience techniques, and discover how to build and utilize support networks. The course also discusses how to turn grief into growth. Open to everyone, this workshop is particularly useful for those experiencing personal loss, as well as caregivers and health professionals who support others in their grief. Participants will have a clearer understanding of the grief process, equipped with strategies to cope with loss and an appreciation of the healing role of support networks. 6 hrs
